To Register for the Planet Futsal Winter League, please follow the simple three step instructions!

Step 1: Complete registration form. (Please fill in all of the boxes.)

Step 2: Hit "Submit Registration" button at bottom of form.

Important Information

There are a limited number of spots for each age group. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.

In order to reserve a spot you have to pay the registration fee. If a check bounces you lose your spot and will be charged a fee of $25.

Teams may add Players to the roster up to 2 weeks into the season. There are no Guest Players allowed.

If you are an existing outdoor team and plan to compete in any event that may conflict with the Futsal schedule please inform Planet Futsal ASAP.

All Players must show proof of age documents before participating in the league. Acceptable documents include CYSA or US Club passes or copies of players' birth certificate or passport. Please follow the directions posted on the Planet Futsal website.
